These terms apply to purchases from 24 Hour Delivery Shop at 24hourdeliveryshop.co.za. South African law applies. These terms do not exclude rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), where applicable. Read these terms together with our delivery, returns and privacy policies.
Orders, availability and payment
Please check the product, colour, quantity, dimensions and delivery address before paying. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; availability and fulfilment are confirmed separately. Goods are released after payment is confirmed. Where an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you about an alternative or refund. Substitutions require your agreement.
Prices and product information
Prices are in South African rand. Applicable taxes and delivery charges must be disclosed before you complete the purchase. Discounts apply only to the qualifying products and period displayed. If a material price or description error is discovered, we will contact you and explain the available options; we will not debit an increased amount without your agreement. Product images may include props or accessories not included in the stated contents. Confirm critical measurements before ordering; approximate measurements do not excuse materially incorrect goods.
Supplier fulfilment and custom orders
Some goods may be dispatched by a supplier or manufacturer. We remain your contact for the order and statutory remedies. Supplier processing times, assembly requirements and any product-specific warranty must be disclosed for your order. Custom specifications, deposits and estimated lead times must be agreed in writing before production. Supplier restrictions do not override your applicable consumer rights.
Delivery and returns
Delivery timing depends on availability, location, payment clearance and the service confirmed for your order. Our trading name is not a guarantee of delivery within 24 hours. See our Shipping & Delivery and Refunds & Returns policies for the relevant process and rights. Do not return goods to a supplier without confirmed routing instructions.
Website use and accounts
Keep account credentials secure and give accurate contact information. Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity or interference with its operation. Website content and brand assets may not be reused without permission or a lawful basis. We may restrict abusive use, subject to applicable law and existing purchase obligations.
Disputes and changes
Contact us with your order number and proposed resolution. You retain the right to approach a competent consumer body or court. Changes to these terms apply prospectively; the terms applicable to an existing order are not changed retrospectively without lawful grounds or agreement.
