Do you really deliver 24/7?
We accept orders 24/7. Deliveries run during standard courier hours, with after‑hours and weekend delivery available on request in select areas (fees may apply).
How fast is delivery?
Same‑day in major metros when you order before [11:00].
Next‑day nationwide for most in‑stock items.
Bulky/oversized items (building materials, furniture) may take 1–3 working days.
What areas do you cover?
We deliver nationwide in South Africa. Outlying/remote areas may require an extra day.
What if I’m not home?
Our driver/courier will call on arrival. If we miss you, we’ll re‑schedule or arrange delivery to a safe, approved location (with your consent).
Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes—you can visit us at 1 Bell Street, Meadowdale, Germiston and purchase in store
