  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect product, we’ll gladly exchange it at no extra cost.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods, hygiene-sensitive items (such as opened clothing/undergarments), and clearance items are non-returnable.
